Make a Down Payment
When you confirm your down payment, the work at Liberty begins! We immediately put your building into the queue, so you can have it as soon as possible. Your down payment will be calculated based on the total price of your building.
Site Preparation
While our engineers precision cut your steel frame, you will be responsible for preparing the delivery site. We recommend calling your local building inspector for a list of regulations. You may also want a soil engineer to assess your property and give advice on a location and preferable foundation. Before your building arrives, the foundation must be installed, and the area must be completely cleared of all vegetation and/or debris.
Delivery and Installation
Delivery and installation are always free at Liberty! Our Liberty associates are happy to work with you to find a day and time that will accommodate your schedule and our crew. You will be impressed by how quickly your building is professionally assembled by our metal building experts!

The Liberty Installation Process
You want your new building as soon as possible – that’s why you chose the quality service at Liberty Metal Structures! As your pre-engineered building nears completion, our office will contact you to guide you through the installation process:
- Your foundation needs to be surveyed, installed, andgiven time to settle. Once it is ready for your new building, Liberty’s friendly customer service will contact you to schedule a delivery date that works for you!
- Our team will send helpful reminders in the days before the delivery so that you can be prepared.
- Our professional crew will arrive promptly at the delivery site with your beautiful, new metal building!
- Assembling a metal building has never been easier! Your custom metal building will be expertly sealed and certified by a professional Liberty crew!
Factors That Affect Installation
Our crew works efficiently and with precision to assemble your building, but there are some factors that affect the timeline:
Building Dimensions (Length, Width, and Height)
Your metal building’s assembly time will be impacted by its size; a small carport may take less than a day to install, but a large, paneled barn may need up to a week.
Roof Slope
The slope of the roof will also impact your installation time. Liberty offers a wide range of roofs to choose from, and they will impact the weather resistance of your metal building. Our engineers carefully install each panel for certified durability, and this will impact the duration of the build.
Insulation
Insulation will add considerably to the energy efficiency of your metal building’s interior. You may choose to fully insulate your building or insulate only the roof or walls. Our crews are happy to help with this part of your building’s installation.
Anchoring System
Liberty offers a variety of anchors and anchoring systems depending on your metal building’s foundation. Recommended anchors vary between asphalt, concrete, and gravel. If your metal building is to be certified, your crew may need additional time to sink additional anchors.
Material Handling, Unloading, and Storing
Our crew appreciates your patience as they will need time to unload each steel component, from the base rail to the bolts. The good news is that no equipment is necessary! Our professional teams can assemble the entire steel structure with their tools and acumen.
